How about "NO"!? The only sexist statement here is that one you made just there. As far as I can see, all of the other statements just said that people should not have children after a certain age, which includes the fathers too. I never saw anything specifically saying it only applied to women. Also, how is that being fair?
To be "fair", if you were going to enact that rule, you would have to enact a rule that after a certain age, the women needed their tubes tied also, which I also disagree with.
These forms of social control infringe on the human rights of the older people.
