). I know we've had our ups and downs this year, but luckily our friendship is strong enough to overcome all that petty stuff and thrive on the quality of our relationship. Now, I know I said I wouldn't get mushy but I just can't grasp that you're 20. Okay, big woop, it's a birthday, right? NO! Not just a birthday. It's like, the beginning of a new you. You've put behind all your struggles of the year and you've become a stronger person because of it. Perhaps I'd go as far as to say you're a role model of mine. You've somehow managed to stay sane even after all the shit you've been through this year, and throughout your whole life. Everything! I won't go into detail because that's not necessary for this extremely happy occasion, but damn girl, how do you do it?
