lmao. Have you ever been to a maximum security prison? Watch the movie American History X, and it will give you a TINY TAME glance of life in prison. Contrary to what death penalty activists want to tell you, life in prison is not 'comfortable'. Unless watching your back to make sure you aren't raped, mutilated, or killed everyday is, you know your idea of comfortable. Plus the fact that as Allie said, its cheaper to keep criminals alive than kill them .This is due to court costs of course. All those appeals add up.
Plus, by the way, us killing him, makes us no better than him.
