Ok, he DEFINITELY should NOT get the death penalty, ESP. because we do NOT know for sure whether or not he actually killed his wife. Sure, there's evidence to let us believe he did, but we don't know for sure. Prison for life is just fine, even if he did kill her. Who the hell are we to put some other human being to death.
