Well, if it is true that other sports don't get any more than 30 replies, and not many threads of, then what's the harm in combining the two into one Sports forum??? Well, if Kostaki is not angry then I am (or very close to it). We've been through this many times and many times more. All results lead to the fact that most people on this board like to give us the chance to talk wrestling in our own forum. The remaining people just don't have vision or progressive minds for that matter. That will hopefully come as they grow up.
Lemme get back on your question there. Why not put those few topics in the SE forum? I'll answer that with a question. Why not leave them in GD? Afterall it is more general discussion than sports entertainment. Pro-wrestling is not a sport. It's closer to being a soap opera than a sport. It has script, storylines and some great actors. It's just influenced by wrestling as a sport using real athletes to make it look real.
I can understand that people don't know that. They aren't interested in it and therefore know little to non about it. And when we who do know inform them, they don't seem to believe us or something. I don't appreciate being portrayed as a liar.
In general, got an opinion, ok with me. But if it is based on assumptions then it's worth nothing more than a pile of shit. So either you do research and come back with your opinions or you shut up for you don't know what you're talking about.
I was saying that it would be a good idea to create a sports forum just because of the fact that all would be happy then. I guess the seperate forum idea didn't win the poll, so thats too bad then. (I'm not sure though, haven't seen the outcome of the poll) Though BSN is trying, it's just not possible to please everybody with one action.
Kostaki, you are not being selfish! The Pro Wrestling dislikers are. All they do is wining and complaining because they don't wanna see a wrestling forum on a Britney board. They don't care about their fellow Britney fans having some extra fun. No, instead they want to take it away from us. If they would even get a nail broken because of the existance of that forum on this board... but they don't. That's what I call selfish.
And the fact that the forum is called Sports Entertainment is because Pro-Wrestling is Sports Entertainment. Because of the fact that the name Pro-Wrestling can be defiling to some people, we use the SE name instead. If that is confusing, then brush up on your media knowledge. It's even explained in Kostaki's Welcome Forum - Info Inside topic. Call it WWF forum is a very stupid thing to do. There are more Pro Wrestling companies than the WWF (yes, we still have some in Japan and other countries).
So to reply in a more direct way, turning the SE forum into a Sports forum is dumb. Cause then the WWF topic and all that are already created in there, should move back to the General Discussion Forum. For I and others have said many times, PRO WRESTLING IS NOT A SPORT!
