There's a special playing on E! that i saw this morning, on Nicky Hilton's wedding -- even though they talk about Paris a LOT in the show. But yeah, they talk about how Nicky and her husband have been friends -- the best of friends -- for a while now, and that he had tried to pursue her but she wasn't interested until recently. They seem happy -- but who knows what will happen?
