Your problem is that you are defining sin as a relative when sin is an absolute. That being said, EVERYBODY SINS! Trying to define sin away so that, whichever things you do which are considered sins aren't, so that, therefore, you can define yourself away as sinless is quite meaningless and futile.
That's like saying you are perfect! In fact, that is EXACTLY what it would be saying!
Simply put, sin is variance from perfection. No one is perfect, and so everybody sins. However, sin is also role-based, as mentioned above.
Why not simply admit that you do sin and just live with that? That would make you.....human
