If someone has no religion, then what are considered "sins" by religions don't apply to them. They might be sining in YOUR eyes, but to them they have done nothing wrong. This is where everything you just said sort of falls apart. I don't think there are any questions as to what is considered a sin by the Christian religion. The problem is when certian people of the faith take it upon themsevles to look down on those who aren't of the faith and call them wrong and insist that they are wrong. By YOUR standards they might be, but if they don't believe in the same thing you do, then it doesn't apply to them.
