Thats exactly it.
You can't put things like that on the major public networks, but since you don't get the extra channels without paying for them, its allowed. Thats why South Park gets away with so much language. You can get away with even MORE on channels like HBO, Showtime, etc. On those you can show pretty much everything but penetration/penis. I think the reasoning behind that is you have to pay even MORE to get those channels. Thats why Sex and The City was cut down when it went on TBS.
Nip/Tuck is one of my favorite shows by the way. I'm saving for the first season box set. Julian.....
