No No No No NO. Releasing an excercise video is not good. Young boy will use it as another form of excercise
. People will think of you as a joke for releasing an excercise video and not many people will take you that seriously after that. Although I admit I have the Cindy and Claudia excercise video but I never use it anymore, or I never use it period and I have many other videos that just sit there as an attempt to make it look like I use it
