Default Topless Diaz Video Turns Up On Internet

This should be in here right cuz shes an actress and shes in a movie where is is topless?

There's something more about "Mary" actress Cameron Diaz's past that has come back to haunt her.

Diaz -- the star of "There's Something About Mary" and the "Charlie's Angels" and "Shrek" films -- has been battling photographer John Rutter in court over alleged photos and a videotape of her topless that he shot of her years ago before her rise to stardom.

But now, according to the New York Daily News, the tape, "Cameron Diaz: She's No Angel," that reportedly features Diaz topless and dressed in a fishnet outfit has been released on the Internet by a Russian-registered Web site. The photo on the site's home page shows Diaz and a brunet woman dressed in leather bras restraining a shackled man wearing only a loin cloth.

According to the News, the company Scandal Inc. said in statement that "Rutter had sold the licensing rights to the tape and photos years ago," which in turn was bought by Scandal early last year.

Also, Rutter's lawyer in the News report said that the photographer "has nothing to do with (the) Web site."

"This video has been in existence for 12 years," Ronald Richards told the News "Someone must have gotten a copy."

Rutter was charged last August with trying to extort $3 million from the actress and a California judge subsequently issued an injunction against Rutter.

Diaz's publicist, Brad Cafarelli, is disputing Rutter's contentions and issued a statement to the New York Post reiterating a California judge's order, saying it "prohibits anyone from selling, licensing, syndicating, distributing, publishing, broadcasting, disseminating, displaying or commercially exploiting the photos and video shot by John Rutter in 1992. There are already criminal proceedings pending against Rutter. A cease-and-desist letter has been sent to the Website."

Richards told the News that the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office recently dropped the attempted extortion charges, but charges against Rutter for allegedly forging her signature on a release of the material are still pending.
