That is such bullshit. First of all, thats far more than 25 people as The Cast of The OC, Good Charlotte, and the Olsen Twins make up almost 15 people as it is.
Secondly, if you're going for the 25 hottest stars
under 25, then Usher, Josh Hartnett and Norah Joans don't qualify, as they are 25, and not a year younger.
