This means that if there were other biblical movies, they would be hits in my eyes. That's just how I interpret that article. You can't do the same event in every movie. Though, a real life two-hour movie of Jesus' holy life would be great to watch. I know I'd be entertained, because the Bible isn't the most gripping read. No HOLY book is. That's why you read it a little bit at a time, which is how I do it and I learn more that way because it sticks from what you read into your mind and there until you die shall it be.
I'd love to see the book of Daniel into a more current movie, or Ezekiel. Both great books in the Bible.
I'm not alone in the number of people that wish the Bible would be filmed, every story, every word. Then it would be more entertaining for the like such as myself.
I'm amazed at how well the movie has done. The best selling movie of the year. But wait until Spiderman 2 comes out, as well as the new Harry Potter movie. I'm anticipating how they both will do. Though, both are fantasy they don't have as much controversial appeal and will still do well.
Critics are expecting the movie to surpass the 300 million mark near the end of its run. I want it to do a lot more, and that's not only me. |
