The Dutch talent was earlier having conversations with Manchester United, but after they lost interest (it seemed the prize was too high), Chelsea took over.
A loss for the Dutch competition, but a financially good transfer for PSV ... €18 million.
But it makes me wonder a little bit though, will he really play a lot in London?
