Alex, go and see the movie and then give your opinion. Stop being skeptical that it will actually affect you.
It's not about the hype. That's not why I went.
I went because it's what I believe in, and once you see this film (which it is more than just a flim, more like an experience) it'll make you rethink your whole life and what you are living for. Are you living for the temporary or the longterm?
I know it's your life, and your choice to see the movie. But please see it, on my asking. Heck, if you lived close enough, I'd pay your way in. It means that much to me for you to go and see it.
And you don't have to downplay it saying you want to know what all the hype is about. It's okay, there are millions who have seen the movie and already changed their lives because of it. And when Easter comes around, I pray that all those that have seen this film will go and spend some time in a church or find someone who knows the love of God. God is real, this movie is only a little bit of a taste of what has happened and what is to come.
