I don't know if I can see this movie. And the reason why is, I am a firm beleiver in God. To see this movie with the beating scenes, with nails through the hands and what not, I don't think I could bear it. Every Easter when I go to Church for the easter sunrise service, I usually end up crying thinking about what Jesus did. It may sound corny, but when I read the scripture saying what he did, and what happened to him my heart just sinks. To have to watch it on the screen , even knowing its not him, it would probley send me in hysterics for days, and I KNOW it would be imprinted on my mind forever. |
